Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Sliced baguette or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, chopped spinach, Parmesan, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper

Mix the ingredients until well combined

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving

Serve the Cheesy Bacon and Spinach Warm Dip with sliced baguette or tortilla chips
