Coconut yogurt, pineapple, shredded coconut, and granola are layered in a Pina Colada Trifle Parfait, which has tropical flavors. A creamy mix of coconut cream and rum is on top. A tasty treat that makes your dessert table taste like the beach
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup rum optional
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
You can mix honey, vanilla extract, and coconut yogurt in a bowl
Put a spoonful of the yogurt mixture in the bottom of each parfait glass
Put pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, and granola on top
Pour rum and coconut cream if using over the layers
Do this again and again until the glasses are full
Add a dollop of coconut yogurt on top and decorate with more coconut and pineapple
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it
