This Lemon Parmesan Crusted Salmon is a delightful dish that combines the freshness of lemon with the savory goodness of Parmesan cheese. The crispy crust adds a satisfying texture to the succulent salmon fillets, making it a perfect choice for a quick and flavorful seafood dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 400F 200C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put the bread crumbs, melt butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl

Mix the ingredients together

Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray

Lay the salmon fillets on it and use paper towels to dry them

Spread the Parmesan mixture out evenly on top of each salmon fillet and gently press it down to stick

The crust should be golden brown and crispy after 12 to 15 minutes in a hot oven

The salmon should be cooked all the way through

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
