Scrape the vanilla bean seeds out of the pod and add them to the butter mixture

Make sure to mix the ingredients well

Add the flour a little at a time and mix it in until a dough forms

Split the dough in half

Add the almond milk and cocoa powder to one half of the dough and mix it well

Small pieces of vanilla and chocolate dough should be gently pressed together to make it look like marble

Make little balls out of them and put them on the baking sheet that has been worked on

Press down gently on each cookie with the back of a fork to make them a little flatter

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

Cool the cookies for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
