No Bake Salted Caramel Coconut Macaroons

Indulge in the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and chewy with these no-bake salted caramel coconut macaroons. They are incredibly easy to make and require just a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

The shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, salted caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl

Until all ingredients are well combined, mix well

Scoop out tiny portions of the mixture with a spoon or your hands, then shape them into tiny macaroon-shaped cookies

Transfer them to a tray lined with parchment paper

The semisweet chocolate chips should be melted in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring after each one, until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted

After dipping the bottom of each macaroon into the melted chocolate, place them back on the tray lined with parchment paper

For a little extra taste and flair, drizzle the leftover melted chocolate over the macaroons

For a delightful salty contrast, sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt over the chocolate-covered macaroons

After the chocolate has set, put the tray in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes
