Ingredients:
- 2 cans 15 oz each of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos
- 1 cup cooked and shredded beef leftover roast or grilled steak works well
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:
