Ingredients:
- 1 pack vegan ravioli
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 10-12 fresh sage leaves
- 1 cup vegan cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast optional, for extra flavor
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Boil water in a large pot and cook the vegan ravioli according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium heat
Add the fresh sage leaves and let them cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes
Pour in the vegan cream and stir until well combined
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Add nutritional yeast if desired for extra flavor
Reduce heat to low and simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the sauce
