This Winter Detox Orange Ginger Turmeric Smoothie is a healthy drink that is full of ingredients that help your immune system. Orange juice, ginger, and turmeric together give this drink a lot of flavor and antioxidants that are good for your health in the winter.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Put orange juice, a frozen banana, coconut milk, grated ginger, turmeric powder, and chia seeds in a blender

Mix until its creamy and smooth

For more sweetness, add maple syrup and blend again

You can add ice cubes and blend until smooth if you want a colder consistency

Pour into glasses and serve right away
