Paleo Pie Crust

This gluten-free and Paleo-friendly pie crust is made with almond flour and coconut flour, providing a delicious alternative for those following a grain-free diet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and salt

Add melted coconut oil and egg to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms

Press the dough into a pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly

Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown

Once done, let it cool completely before adding your desired filling
