Ingredients:
- 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
In a shallow dish, mix together panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Dredge each prawn in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with seasoned breadcrumbs mixture
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat
Fry the breaded prawns in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side
