Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, for sweetness
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Add the frozen banana, turmeric powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground black pepper, maple syrup if using, and vanilla extract to a blender
Blend until smooth
Putting some ice cubes in the blender will cool down the smoothie and make it taste better
