Gluten-Free DIY Pizza Night

Enjoy a fun and customizable family night with this gluten-free DIY pizza recipe The almond and coconut flour crust is flavorful and holds up well to all your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Assorted toppings: tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, meats, etc

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot flour, baking powder, and salt

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, and water

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until dough forms

Divide dough into smaller portions for individual pizzas

Roll out each portion between two sheets of parchment paper to desired thickness

Transfer dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone

Spread tomato sauce and sprinkle desired toppings over each pizza

Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbly

Slice and serve hot
