Ingredients:
- 2 peaches, ripe and sliced

- 5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade
Place chicken chunks and peach slices in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish
Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and peaches, ensuring they are well coated
Reserve the remaining marinade for basting
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Thread marinated chicken and peach slices alternately onto skewers
Place kebabs on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and peaches have grill marks
Baste the kebabs with the reserved marinade during the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavor
Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving
Serve the Grilled Peach and Chicken Kebabs hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired
